Our world class customer support people are here to assist you with the following:

- Order support for order tracking, order placement, or order history
- Phone sales for orders directly from Range Technology
- Usage and application information about the products
Since we are the manufacturer of the product and have several resellers/distributors and retailers around the world, we sell product in these channels.
IF YOU HAVE NOT BOUGHT YOUR RANGE PRODUCT DIRECTLY FROM RANGE:
- You will need to CONTACT your point of purchase for assistance with non-technical issues, shipping issues, or order issues.
- We can assist you with technical support, warranty support, and installation or usage questions
- We CANNOT assist you with any sales transactions (credit card, order information, returns/refunds or shipping inquiries) from the various retailers/websites/authorized retailer or dealer. This is due to the fact that the authorized dealer is your point of purchase and they have all the information (and $$$) for that transaction. We don't have that information.
