You can return the unit for any reason within 30 days for a full refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please give us a call.
Please be aware THAT WE CAN ONLY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNS/REFUNDS IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED THE PRODUCT DIRECTLY FROM RANGE TECHNOLOGY (AND NOT A DEALER OR RESELLER).
If you purchased your product from a reseller, then please contact the ORIGINAL point of sale for their policies.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your returned item. We will also notify you by email or phone (if you include a phone number on your request) if there is a problem with the item.
If there are no problems, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Due to credit card processing cycles and processing, please allow 5-7 days for the refund to show on your statement. Normally it will show in 24-48 hours. You will also receive an email stating that the refund has been issued.
If the refund is applied after 30 days from date of original purchase for some reason (i.e. return shipping delays), then we will provide you with a paper check in the US Mail.
